I am not a cospiranoic or anything like that, but I am very interested in this image of SOHO.
I do not have the slightest idea about space in general, but this is weird, I mean, it's not normal (I think) Is there any idea what it could be? A simple camera error, perhaps?

It's aliens, dude.

It's probably a cosmic ray of some kind. If it was anything real it would show up in SDO/AIA but it doesn't.

Are they the same type of camera? It's still very strange for me, the idea of a cosmic ray is something strange, I have not the slightest idea of it, but it is interesting (outside of ayylmao, whatever provoked it is rare, in my opinion)

They both work in the extreme ultraviolet and SDO/AIA takes very regular images. They don't have exactly the same filters but it should show up in at least one AIA filter if its real. SDO is also a lot newer, SOHO is so old the detectors are in a very bad state.

Cosmic rays aren't strange, even with deep ground based data you will see cosmic rays. In space it's much worse.

It's the eye in the sky. Eta carinae, supernova1987a and the hourglass nebula are all sicker then soho. Conspirinoic reporting in.
