The problem isnt your libido. The problem is that you've given in so much of the time, your mind has adapted to an unrealistic amount of sexual activity. The best course for a real change is to recondition your mind to not expect orgasms all the time. I had the same issue, i would look at chicks asses and tits uncontrolably. I would actually strain to look away when i didnt want to look. Finally, i just stopped orgasming everyday and ot worked. I bate maybe 10 times a month or less now.

staying busy helps a lot. Find something that occupies your fap time. That might help a bit, even though your case seems extreme

This is a good thread.
I prep before any deadline or exam.
I no-fap for about 1-2 weeks prior to exams or w/e.
After I am done, I fap for about 2-3 days. I get brain fog, I loose desire of real sex with my gf. She gets mad, I let down my relationship, I get depressed, feels bad, decide to No Fap, lasts until next deadline.
Rinse and repeat.
It works, It has it's ups and downs but yeah.
To avoid fapping, I blocked sites and keep myself busy.

OP, quit porn. practise makes perfect. if you relapse, go back to quitting porn. if you have to fap, don't use porn.

I personally haven't been able to ditch porn entirely, the above worked for my quitting smoking though.
reminding yourself of why you want to quit, i.e. looking up effects of porn, ways to quit helps to keep you focused.
