Are exams like that in burgerland ? In here (and it's an engineering school), most exams have the form of problems. There's a lot of hand-holding, of course, but it's problems still, not just re-using the formulas.

In Burgrland you literally pay 10-thousands of dollarinos to get a degree. Of course you're somewhat (atleast that's what a lot students think) entitled to get a degree with that amount of money. So basically it's not about education but furthermore about a money-making industry in Burgerland. Degree are obtainable with the lowest effort.
