How does one fix their depression and anxiety if both are a byproduct

If you were intelligent you would be too successful to be depressed and anxious.

You don't know what the cause is. It could be due to a dysfunctional thyroid for all your dumb ass knows.

Your depression is a product of you being a pussy while your anxiety is a product of you being a pussy.

Your assumption of intellect is a product of your infantile narcissism.

The fix is to grow the fuck up.

Depression is caused by lack of self esteem, one mus achieve a goal or accomplish something in order to rebuild self esteem .
If that dont work, go to the doctor and get some brain pills

Anxiety is an increase in your heart rate. If you slow your heart rate you slow the anxiety. Smooth, rhythmic breaths (i do 10 second inhale/exhales but it can be any consistant number) control your breathing which slows your heart rate.

I watched a video that mentioned forgivness often relieves problem related stress. So problems with your past you, or other people, or the world might have to be forgiven in order to move past your anxiety. This is a difficult step that can take a long time depending on how much needs to be forgiven.

The same video also mentioned self worth. The simple phrase "Im enough" can mean a lot if you tell youself it. You dont need to feel like you arent good enough because you ARE enough.

Life is scary and lonely and difficult. I take comfort in watching ted talks and others lectures from people who are scared like i am. It helps knowing that there are people out there on the same page as me. You arent alone OP
