Nowadays nanomaterials are included in MSci materials courses anyway. Sometimes even BEng/BSci too
I study Nanotechnology at the university of Twente. Pretty nice and promising study

Most of the people who graduate at this university either become researcher or entrepeneur. There are a lot of spin-off companies from the university itself and they encourage entrepeneurship. The best idea also gets a starting budget from the university
