How do you nerds deal with presentations in school? I'm actually pretty good socially and take care of my appearance and seem normie as fuck but when it comes to being in the spotlight of strangers my social anxiety really kicks in. Like I have benzos and beta blockers lined up just too deal with this shit. I know I won't get through University without doing at least one alone presentation, group presentations i have no problem with.

Speech therapy, and just do as many presentations as you can. Stop caring what others think.

I dont know when it comes to being in the spotlight in social things I just fucking fail. But seriously I'm good with meeting new people in 1 on 1 situations but when the new group puts me in the spotlight I'm just different. It sounds weird but its just how I am.
