We have a miserable ruling class regardless and we play like everything is fine. Some people have a tough time with their realities because culture somehow denies us experience and so do people. Its a confusing state of reality
Changing your diet, exercise and sleep habits could help. Also changing your perspective on things could make a drastic difference.
