So i'm hella sick and I have a personal dilemma to solve. I have had 40°C fever for 4 days now and I can't decide what to do anymore. My options are:
>Take an 400mg ibuprofen pill to lower your body temperature by sweating for around 5 hours continuously. Can't catch any sleep by doing this.

Well, I've been to a doctor and she gave me those pills,asked me to take with six hour gaps between them while awake. Problem is, I cannot fall asleep when I have taken them. And when the six hours have passed, my temperature is back up to 40°C

Yeah, I must be crazy.
Just hoping for some medfag to notice this and give me an answer. The nearest hospital is not so far away but an ambulance takes like 3h to make it here with these symptoms. Life is good in a welfare state
