If we live in an infinite multiverse, could there be a universe where there isn't a multiverse /sci/?

There is no proof of a mulitverse

Saged and hidden.
>>

Wouldn't it just make sense that it just keeps zooming out into infinity. Like those russian dolls that gets smaller and smaller but instead they get bigger and bigger forever.
>>
>>8442939
Yes, but they wouldn't be able to come in contact with the other infinite universes that would exist, though this doesn't stop you from viewing it.
>>

>contact
>viewing
>>
>>8442939
No, because you have previously defined the realm of existance as multi-versed.

Something being infinite doesn't mean it includes an opposite that negates itself.

"In an infinite universe of red things, are there blue things?" No, because you defined its existance conditioned to a specificity.

multiverse =/= many-worlds

>could god make a boulder so heavy even he couldn't lift it
sage

manufactured logical fallacies aren't science.

>a boulder so heavy
yes. Satan

everything is possible, except the universe where you aren't a beta faggot

Maybe there are infinite numbers of infinite multiverses that all create infinite things all together in a bigger infinite which itself is part of infinity.

In the end it's just a loop in our brain.
>>
>>8442939
Imagine a universe where there isn't any shitposting.
>>
>>8442939
you literally said that universe is part of the number of infinite universes called multiverse you mouth breathing retard. learn basic logic before talking about quantum mechanics and shit
>>
>>8442939
No. Even if the multiverse exists, it doesnt work like that. It also isnt infinite, just very large
>>
Multivererty (is that even a word?) is not a property of a universe.
>>
>>8442939
There is no such thing as a multiverse so there's no point in debating this.
>>
>>8442939
There's a paradox with infinite quantities. Like flipping a coin. There's a chance that you will get heads. Given an infinite amount of time, the chances of obtaining heads every single toss becomes guaranteed. But with that, you have a chance to not flip tails an infinite amount of times. But with an infinite amount of time, tails will be flipped, guaranteed. But if there's always a chance to NOT flip tails, there's an infinite chance of you not getting it.

Or something. I suck at explaining.

When one thinks about what this question is asking, it can be realized that the question itself is entirely based on the semantics of language

If this relization is disregarded, either way, what is the point of absolutely arbitrary speculation on the size and/or dimensionality of the universe?

In the next X years, it is still a grand possibility that mankind will still have no answer about the universe's size/dimension. Therefore questions such as the one posted have negative merit, since they only guide the conversation away from the topic that is relevant.

Instead of pointless speculation via thought experiments, shouldn't it be asked 'What can mankind do to discover more about the universe that we live in?' -- and collectively focus on that topic

no problem - modify some constants, no atoms, no shitposters
