Hello, I can't move my right foot upwards and can't move my big toe over the one next to it anymore. It feels basically like my foot is partially paralized. It will not move up at all
Can someone explain this?
I might have made my foot numb too long by sitting a certain way so I could have cut off the blood flow.
Do u have potassium defieciency

Are you a fat piece of inactive shit?
the fact that you cant move your foot up would suggest damage of the deep fibular nerve, probably through compression

Do you have patches of hair growing on your fat chin?

Do you smell as bad as the guy besides me in the library?!?!

if it feels like your foot is stiff you probably have gout
when i had it my foot felt like it was frozen solid, and i couldn't put much weight on it

The range of motion for dorsiflexion look exaggerated...
Also op here
It is only on right foot. I was sitting crosslegged for over an hour before this started. There is no dorsiflexion at all and the furthest I can go is flat
There is no pain.

Did the pins and needles kick in yet? Is OP still alive?

yeah you have foot drop
there are a few different causes
but likely you damaged the nerve from the position you were in
it actually happens to some people when they do certain yoga poses
look up "yoga foot drop"
