It's well done popsci. It's interesting, well made visually and shows various phenomenons in a way that is understandable for people who have not studied that topic.
It's good for entertainment, but it doesn't give you any knowledge that will be useful in your life or job. Still better way to spend your leisure time than watching media not related to science.
