There isn't one. It started as racist propaganda in an attempt to paint blacks as more beastial than whites, a hold over from the greco-roman tradition. However since then the ideas of what makes a man, a man have shifted. Now a lot of men define their worth as men by (at least in part) by the size of their phallus and the number of women they've been with. This has been happily used by afro-centrists and other black supremacists. In reality there's no more science behind it than the idea that melanin gives blacks super powers.
