How difficult would it be for a state to hide nuclear reprocessing facility underground, reprocess plutonium from research reactors and then produce an implosion device from said plutonium??
This seems entirely feasible by any developing nation.

well in any case you'll need to get a tinfoil hat and build an underground bunker if you want to survive

if you have no knowledge to share then kindly stfu
>>8313252
Research reactors use highly enriched uranium, where would they get it?
>>8313413
Not the guy you're talking to, but I just really wanted to post in this thread.
>>8313426
the same way every other research reactor in the world gets it.
>>8313447
Which is highly audited.
>>8313413
lol this isn't even a scientific question. I'm sure it's been done in the cold war and it's probably being done now. at any rate no true expert will give you a definitive answer on 4chan. are you afraid you'll get blown up/irradiated? I suggest you worry more about your blood pressure.
>>8313252
the most difficult part is hiding it
the chances that at least one person reveals it are far too high
>>8313452
you can audit the HEU all you want, but they can't track all the unenriched uranium that you breed into plutonium.
>>8313457
So basically you don't know anything.
>>8313468
yeah along with basically every one on the planet
do you expect to get insider information about secret nuclear weapons here? this thread is better suited for /b/ or /x/, because any answer will be baseless speculation.
