My guess it's ocular migraine which is totally harmless.

OP, I have that exact aura pre-migraine. Starts bottom-right and moves centrally over about 20m, then disappears 5m before hell begins.

Prepare for a wild ride, but it's probably harmless long term. And tell your primary care physician.
