Do you do math in pen or pencil?
This is a big question, and often quite controversial. Please try to keep it civil.
Why do you use the writing utensil you do? What one do you use (if you have a specific one)?
Do you look down on those who use something different?

Eyy fountain pen bro.
I've been using a pilot custom heritage 91 lately. It's a nice pen. In general, I just prefer fountain pens cause they're fun and they help make me want to write things (and thus do work).
autistic af but your handwriting is great OP

You care more about how your math looks rather than the content of your math. You're shallow and waste time.

i got a lamy 2000 to take notes and to do homework with last semester, but the fine nib is huge, and it looks like I wrote with a goddamned magic marker, even on nicer paper.
I use it for journaling, and i'm really happy with it in general, but since i blew my pen budget on the lamy, i'm stuck with my fine metropolitan for note taking, at least in math and physics.

Pen is superior, I only use pencil on exams. Pens flow better, and never break or need sharpening. Erasing makes paper look like shit, so I usually just cross mistakes out anyway
