Sorry, it's khanacademy.org, start here: https://www.khanacademy.org/math
It depends. What level are we talking about?
Why do you want to learn? Is it anything specific to your career or do you just look for general knowledge?

Unlike most of the plebs here, I actually spent a few years tutoring.

Since you're retarded you'll pick the worst one...

I'm not retarded but I was similarly math-challenged in high school. It all made sense until Algebra II.

Similar here. High school geometry made zero sense, and certain topics in algebra II were like an insurmountable brick wall.
Turns out the curriculum was just a load of shit. I learned high school algebra by taking precalculus from an extremely kind instructor at community college. Made it through, now I'm doing a PhD at a top 20 institution in mathematics.
I'm not a good teacher, so I can't really do anything about it, but the way that math is taught in high school is fucking terrible.

I can testify to this too.

check if your school has a math study hall or some other place where people get together and do math homework together. Go there and just do your math homework, hopefully there will be math grad students to help. Go to TA office hours.
tl;dr
Study math in a group setting, a lot.
Changed my life.
Protip don't be afraid to ask questions/clarificartions and math grad students have the bad habit of skipping steps.

This picture is literally me.
I just don't know why. I get things explained even by different persons more than once, but in the end, I still don't understand parts of what has been explained.
I feel brainfog'd since I started university last. I don't even know how I passed the first semester in physics. I fear the upcoming exams.
