ask someone who just did an internship in the ESA + various space manufacturing companies anything
>>8149875
I did an internship with NASA, this is not a particularly major thing as positions are typically open to anyone who lives nearby one of their offices. I've also done interships for the Dept of Energy as well.

why are they denying lmaos?
What did you do there?
I did my PhD at the DLR, and today we'll beat Portugal 7:1
Two doctors have an 80% chance of correctly diagnosing a patient with cancer. If both doctors independently claim the patient has cancer, what are the odds the patient has cancer?
>>8149932
96%
>>8149935
It can't be just 80% of the remainder. If you had one doctor that was 80% right and one that was 50% right, the 50% doctor (coin flip) doesn't raise the accuracy to 90%
>>8149932
50%
Either they have cancer or they don't
>>8149932
88.639%
>>8149932
93,75%.
>>8149962
I don't believe any of you
>>8149964
You shouldn't. I miscalculated it, it's actually 96%.
20/100*20/100 of both docs being wrong. That's 4% chance of them being wrong, so 96% of them being right.
>>8149932
80%?
>>8149875
How much were you paid for being a calculator monkey?
>>8149967
Prove it.
