Everyone else around the globe learns English to communicate their mathematical ideas, not the other way around. If you do you would know it actually and important difference because chinese is saying ALL the languages in China when there isn't suck thing which is implying 100% speaks the same language which isn't true but about 75% speaks it which is a noteable difference.
