Bring a spray bottle of disinfectant with you to work, clean the toilet with paper towels before you sit. After washing, use the paper towels to open the door handle. Bingo shit free hands. Until you touch literally anything, because Frank doesn't wash his hands and he touches all the same stuff you do. Vitamin C is your friend.

It's not that bad actually. Fecal matter is dangerous in 3rd would countries because it can contain contagious diseases, but in 1st world countries it's not that big of a deal.
Think of all those scat porn videos actresses and actors out there. If shit was dangerous you'd think something would happen to them, but nothing does happen.
You should still wash your hands though, because having the sweat and fecal residue from another person on your hands is aesthetically displeasing.

Just do what I do and carry a packet of anti bacterial wipes, it'll fit in your pocket or lunch bag or whatever you bring to work. Wipe the seat, then use it. Costs less than $2.
