Race and gender aren't social construct, but maths is a universal language and idea depicted and shown in a certain way by our society.

Yes. The axioms and systems we use are the ones we agreed to use, or that somebody made up and other mathematicians decided were worth investigating.

Just like race and gender, a thing can both contain something definitely real and meaningful and still be socially constructed. National borders are social constructs too, but there are certainly differences between Paris and the surrounding area and Berlin and the surrounding area.

Gender is not a social construct, gender is a word that was invented so prudes wouldn't have to say "sex". Race, maybe- but the measurable genetic qualities of race, no. Math is intrinsic, but could not exist without our perception of it.
