In school the teachers would say "blabla's weight is X kg"
Wtf? No.
Its mass is X kg and its weight is X N.
Why can't they introduce this concept correctly?

I care about the quality of education..basic things should be taught correctly to reduce the possibility of confusion when they encounter something where they would need to use the terms correctly
science teachers do say mass, perhaps you go to a shitty school

I should've moved before it was too late lmao...
They only told us on the day that we had to chose our subject options that our school is getting one less subject. They informed us on the day so it would be too late to consider switching schools...It just goes to show how the school is striving for its status as a school, rather than each individual's education
