I had to stop taking it because I couldn't sleep. No sleep meant I was tired any time I wasn't on adderall so I had to take it just to stay awake during the day and then I'd struggle to sleep again at night. Eventually my heart beat was constantly high and I felt like i was going to have a heart attack so I stopped taking and and tbhfam ADHD isn't so bad once you've treated it and know what normal should feel like, if that makes any sense. It becomes easier to identify behavior that is a product of your ADHD and correct it. If you get adderall, just take it to see what nornal should feel like and then stop taking it and adjust youe behavior accordingly through will power. Long term, the drugs will fuck you up.

Your key word is undiagnosed. There is a million things that could cause this from shitty studying techniques, unrealistic expectations for focus or an underlying behavioral issue. See a doctor and a behavioral psychologist if you really want to fix it.
