I just Googled the recommended daily dose for B6 vitamins and the number was a lot lower than I thought it'd be. 1.3 mgs per day.

The lowest dosage of pills I could find are 50mg pills. What the fuck am I supposed to do with this? Why are there no 1.5mg pills for this shit?

Check to see if there's any multivitamins with b6, you'll get more back for your buck that way.

Because FDA daily recommended values are ridiculously low.

The body might have lower absorption of whatever they use to give you the B6. So, you wouldn't actually get 50 mg.

Just take the 50 mg. Vitamin B6 is water soluble. That makes them very, very hard to overdose on.

meat has absorbtion factors so it's actually absorbed very well. like heme iron vs inorganic iron, milk calcium vs plant calcium, etc
