There's cyanide in apples, but there's no way to extract

A very small amount of cyanide is in apple seeds, but even then the seed has to be crushed or broken open in some way to release the cyanide. Apple seeds just pass right through humans unless the shell is broken. I think the amount of cyanide is so small you'd need a ridiculous amount of seeds to get anything substantial. Pic related however is what you want if you want to get cyanide from plants.

peach stones however have lots of cyanide. and if you grind three or four of them and mix this with the flour for a small cake, you can easily kill someone.
