Elm around here we do, the bnational weather service is great but they have a country to monitor, most of our meteorologist's help when tornados are coming. They are able to do their past to give a little more warning

I read that the earths magnetic field switches constantly, is this true? if yes, when does this occur and does it impact the building of storms?
