I smoked for 10 years but I quit. Personally I can't smoke in moderation so giving them up completely was the thing to do for me. I know some people like this guy's sister >>5598627 that can just smoke a few cigarettes one night and then not smoke again for months but if I have one cigarette I'm going to buy a pack and then probably smoke regularly for at least six months. I has happened a few times. Haven't had a cig in 4 or 5 years now though. Thanks for reading my blog post.

I've smoked on and off for about six years but I never smoke when I'm at home. Can't tell if I've beaten addiction or if I'm just too lazy to go outside to smoke, but if I'm not doing anything and stay in for a few days I won't smoke any cigarettes at all, but if I'm out doing things then I do smoke.
