I know a lot about cancer (because I have it) and I can tell you that it is most likely cancer. You have cancer in the throat or in your stomach that is why you don't want to eat.

i had a ct scan and my doc says there's a good chance stomach cancer would have shown up on that, i don't have any other stomach symptoms really, i still enjoy the taste of food i just don't get hungry

well i havn't got any worse in 6 months soooo, what tests should i get? i have had ultrasound, contrast ct scan and colonoscopy and many blood tests. i think if i had cancer anywhere SOMETHING would have shown up by now

also my liver is completely clear which is a great sign as its often a sight for metastasises

I'd probably recommend trying to do some exercise.
Perhaps riding a bike around for 15-30 minutes as this could help stimulate your hunger while also improving your mood.

I mean 6 months is a long time... I would recommend perhaps seeing a doctor but it seems as if you already have.
Try and make sure its not medication related.
