Keksandra's biology is unique in that she is invulnerable to injuries. The structure of her bones has been found to be incredibly elastic and capable of withstanding unfathomable Newtons of force without even the slightest crack. The rest of her body, including her vital organs, blood vessels, muscles, tendons, cartilage and skin display similar elasticity and resistance. Keksandra's skin is virtually impenetrable and fully resistant to any attempts to split any layers of the dermis.

Her body has an unfathomably high absorbance to shock and force, showing virtually no bruises to even the most physical amounts of blunt force trauma. Any form of penetrating trauma to any exposed part of her body is absorbed spectacularly. For instance, a force from a bullet shot into Keksandra's chest was absorbed by her skin, heart, lung, ribs and muscle. The bullet was unable to pierce her skin, but did push the area of impact an inch and a half deep before losing velocity completely and bouncing off of her, leaving her unharmed.

Tests of Keksandra have shown that she is incapable of feeling even the most extreme pains. To understand her endurance levels, Keksandra was tested on multiple extreme environments. Tests included:

Unknowingly setting off an IED
Being thrown and locked in a vat of boiling mercury for an hour
Being subject to G-force levels in the seventies
Having a blowtorch focused on her exposed eye for twenty minutes
Being tested under pressures used in the best fusion reactors
Being crushed under blocks of metal weighing megatons

Test 1: Unknowingly setting off an IED

Keksandra trigged the IED with her right foot, setting off a massive explosion capable of rocking a small village. She was thrown four hundred feet into the air and landed eighty-eight feet away on her head. Within a second, Keksandra stood up and ran back to the testing facility, complaining that her dress was dirty.

Test 2: Being thrown and locked in a vat of boiling mercury for an hour

Keksandra was forced into a vat filled to the brim with boiling mercury (at 360 degrees Celsius) and locked inside with no air to breathe. Using special cameras, Keksandra was shown swimming in the mercury without a problem, even doing flips and paddling underneath the surface. She did not show any signs of struggling. After being released, Keksandra said that she felt "kinda hot" inside the vat.

Test 3: Being subject to G-force levels in the seventies

Keksandra was strapped to a rocket sled and accelerated to a speed in which she experienced a G-force of 70.4. Upon release, Keksandra stood up straight and said "Let's do it again! That was fun!"

Test 4: Having a blowtorch focused on her exposed eye for twenty minutes

Keksandra's right eyelids were held open and a blowtorch, set at the right distance to ensure a maximum temperature exposure, was blasted into her right eye for twenty straight minutes. Keksandra did not flinch in any way, and commented that it tickled and she wanted to laugh. After being freed, Keksandra said that she liked the pretty colors.

Test 5: Being tested under pressures used in the best fusion reactors

Keksandra was locked in a fusion reactor and subjected to 20 gigapascals of pressure, a pressure which would almost certainly crush a human into a thin paste. Cameras captured Keksandra being crushed into an amorphous paste, with no blood or flesh spilled, and was even able to move around. After the pressure dissipated, Keksandra bounced up into her normal form.

Test 6: Being crushed under blocks of metal weighing megatons

Keksandra was unknowingly crushed by a 59 megaton block of iron, forcing unfathomable amounts of Newtons onto her body. The separation between the block and the ground was measured to be 2.34 micrometers, yet when the block was removed, Keksandra stood up and laughed, saying that it felt like a big hug.
