I always thought that this was a nice concept, but that essentially everyone that espouses it does not actually live up to its creed. I've watched posters bump a handful of threads off page 10 that had no replies, but they'll still usually leave about 10-15 threads that didn't get any replies just sitting there lonely and dejected. It's like just stop being a hypocrite and actually practice what you preach, don't be a bitch.

it takes a lot of time and effort to save every thread, and sometimes threads are lewd or rude and I think it better that I don't reply. just because every thread deserves a reply doesn't mean that every thread deserves a reply from me.

I'm sorry, ilu, but saving threads during hours of heavy spam is so difficult, that's and I'm just not available like I'd like to be right now.

All threads deserve a reply, but in order to time dubs correctly, all posters on [s4s] have decided to make it a slow board.

This also means that threads are more likely to receive a reply. On fast boards like /b/ or /pol/, threads hit page 7 in a matter of seconds, unlikely to ever get those sweet, sweet ..............
