my mom gave me this tupperware thing filled with stew and it's so good. But her potato ratio was too high.When I mas the carrots and potatoes together I really like a 1:1 ratio. Tomorrow morning I'm making home fries out of those extra potatoes. I'm gonna use the extra stew gravy on the fries. a couple of eggs and toast, mmm.maybe some tapatio to top it all off.
