I don't see why they wouldn't. Here's my theory, Ai has had sex in the past, but as she became more and more famous, her agency probably had her agree to a "no sex" contract. So, do I think she's a virgin? Nope, but she probably likes to keep a "pure" image now.

Why would any grown woman agree to such a thing? She's been in the industry a decade now. I would think she knows how to navigate the pitfalls by now and keep a "pure" outwards appearance. I remember the rumours of her going out with this Korean celeb.

Though I was under the impression that the yakuza are not as involved in the idol industry as they used to be. I guess the sexier and closer to porn it gets, the more they get involved. Then gravure becomes sort of a middle-ground.
