Easy way to tell if you're really an introvert of extrovert: Sometimes its confusing to people since introverts can enjoy socializing and extroverts can enjoy alone time, but this is where they are clearly different:
Imagine you come home by yourself, maybe you were at work, going shopping, hanging out with friends, or whatever. Does it feel better to:
A: Happily live alone with no one to bother you, or if you live with other people, come home when everyone else is in their rooms or not home, which is a huge relief.
B: The lights are on and as soon as you walk in the door, a person or people are there and start talking to you. It feels good to be welcomed home, it would be lonely if you had to live by yourself with no one to talk to.
A= Introvert, B= Extrovert

I live alone and coming home to an empty apartment gets depressing.
It really depends on who's home I guess.
If it's roommates they can fuck off. But if it's someone I like being around like family or friends then I'd pick that.
