I think I might have undiagnosed OCD
I don't really control my thoughts in any manner. I get constant intrusive thoughts of random gibberish phrases and memories that come from no where.
is there any remedy for this?

Just go to wikipedia, this shithole has no insight into specific topics like this anymore.

I've tried stuff like meditation
the inside of my head is like some crazy abstract shit that can't be explained. I'll be sitting here at my computer and I'll randomly have an image pop into my head of some completely inconsequential memory like somebody walking past me 15 years ago. Also the way my brain uses logic is crazy. like the way I come to conclusions about what I think is to add two buildings together in my head

i have it, never heard the gibberish thing though. When i get stressed i will start re checking things over and over and over and over and over and over and over,
there might be meds for it, i never looked into it though.
i have diagnosed OCD. i don't get intrusive gibberish. my intrusive thoughts are specific and vivid. that sounds like you're a schizo or something.
thank you OP for making me chuckle

When you get distracted just bring your attention back to your breathing. Don't try to push away your thoughts, doing so only gives it power.

There really isn't a cure anon, you just have to trick your brain to obsess in a healthy manner
