Drink plenty of water, use mild face cleanser in morning and evening and face moisturizer after. Exfoliate 1-2 a week. That's basics that you should always be doing acne or not

I drink 6 litres a day of water and nothing else beside the occasional green tea

put a clean towel on your pillow every night.
wash your face with a cleanser at least 2 times a day.
use a face wash with salicylic acid too.
on big spots you can use cortisone cream for a few days, but don't use it too long, makes your skin thin and sensitive.

maybe you are me, it destorys myself esteem too. Everything else I do is too over compensate for it, I go to the gym 6 times a week and track every food I eat resulting in me getting super shredded but I still like shit because of my looks due to acne

Not even kidding, for an easier fix, use banana peels. I've been doing that this week and my acne is better than it's been in 7 years. Wait until the banana has some brown spots on it, eat it, then break the peel into smaller pieces you can gently rub on your face. Do that for 5-10 minutes and don't wash your face until the next day.

In addition to this, you'll have to sleep on a clean pillowcase and not touch your face, you know, like everyone says.
