Probably chromium, at least if you use Windows

I like Seamonkey even though I don't use all of it. All of the addons I like can be converted easily, it looks simple and neat by default, and sometimes I can use its built in Composer to make crappy neocities pages.

If you use a chrome you are not a robot.

Quite a while ago, never got round to using Vivaldi again. I love the UI for it though
