My advice anon, would be to delve into occult literature and to eventually attain the knowedge to peform curses through magik rituals.
Ive put many curses upon peope who bullied me in school, whenether or not they worked is another question, however in doing such things they worked as an almost placebo effect that made feel alot better about myself and definetly made me forget about such horrible memories.
