Who here /accepting/? I've slowly been becoming more and more accepting of whatever situation I'm in. I'm hungry? Let it be. I'll never get a girlfriend? Ah well. Running out of money? Who cares?
That's a red flag for suicide my dude
>>39618781
I don't feel suicidal, just indifferent; a little happy even
>>39618764
I feel this way atleast once a week, then go back to wanting everything
>inb4 LE I REMEMBER THAT THREAD GOOD TIMES XDDD
>>39618853
i do not remember this thread, what happened?
>>39618764
The same for me,I don t feel any lust. I have accepted the fact that I m entitled to nothing and will never find the energy to get a life by myself.
>>39618853
>ME TOO BRO HAHA ITS WAS EPIC BUT NOT AS EPIC AS PICKLE RIIIIIICK!
Congratulations
You're a taoist
>>39618764
I think I'm quite the same. I don't really have any urges anymore, save for some random spike once a month.
If there is something that in theory should trouble me, I just scoff it off, and accept that somehow it won't be a problem at one point, no matter if it turns for better or for worse. I will adapt, and change my attitude around this.
I've been emotionally dead for 5 years. I have no motivation anymore. Nothing to strive for or a desire to chase. I just do what I have to do to get by. So I scrape along the path
What's starting to get to me is the mental decay brought on by isolation. I can't just sit down and read anymore, I fall asleep. Even if I really like the book and it's the middle of the fucking day and I'm sitting in the sun outside amd I had 9 hours of sleep, I just fall asleep.

Some dude posted a pic of a girl with nice ass (see: >>39618837 ) and someone was like "holy shit I have the same sweater"
When pressed, he posted the OP pic and was like "this is the only good picture I have"
I would recommend the book "Myth of Sisyphus" by Camus
Particularly the part about Don Juan and his accepting of his place in life. Don Juan for his time was castigated for his role as a player and a defiler, and Camus argues that he accepts this as a complete part of the role he plays or the card he was played in life. He is not saying Don Juan NEEDS to do this, but its what Don Juan accepts for himself.
Basically that a completely absurd person accepts both the pros and cons of the hand he was dealt in life, and that both aspects should give you comfort in an absurd way

Camus doesn't satisfy me but I can't think of amything better existentially
>>39619628
Camus is all in explaining the absurd. A good step from existentialist. But I would advise on reading stoics or even cynics.

>tfw microsleeped last night because awake too long
>fell asleep at some point today for 4 hours, up for 2, then asleep for another 9
>have literally no idea how this happened, don't remember anything
I'm losing bearing on time, am i going crazy?

*BBBRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPP*
>sorry anon tee hee
>>39620099
Well desu according to him the only satisfaction is the acknowledgement of the fact that life is meaningless so yeah it pretty much sucks but anything is a lie (according to him)
>>39619628
Hey anon, I was wondering if you had any recommendations for me. I'm at the stage where I not only realize but fully understand the dichotomous nature of the events in life. Everything has an equally infinite positive and negative aspect, and the way I try to see things is holistically yet with a certain distance/amusement. I mean we can either bicker about either the good or the bad and which is the truth or we can accept it really does not matter. Wonder if you have any books about that kinda stuff. Embracing the absurd and meaningless and accepting yourself as a person and somehow still fulfilling your desires in life.
look up flattened affect. sounds like you gots it.

desu glad to see you on your way to ether becoming an hero or going full Rodger.
my advice is practice shooting before going "ghost", you don't want to end up like Randy, he literally blew his own brains out of embarrassment.
also please attempt pick related, you will become legendary.
