Former bacne anon here. I used to have acne on my face, chest and back for 15 years. I started acutane in January and the acne is gone. Unfotunately, the scars are still there and nothing will completely erase them, maybe a tattoo would be able to cover the scars. Im 30 years old btw.
OP, unless you take acute in your teens or early twenties, you are fucked. It's not too bad though, at least I can lay on my back with out discomfort and all those little things.

How I got rid of my bacne:

Wash back everyday with chlorhexidine gluconate 4%

Low GI/Carb diet

Reduce/eliminate milk and dairy
