Well thanks a lot, fucknuts. I tried being confident and making a move on a girl, and now I'm suspended from campus and have a pending court case.

>meet girl at orientation
>kick it off well
>invite over for netflix
>she seems excited
>night she's over
>cuddling against me
>"oh shit, she's into me!" so I thought

>calls security while I try to calm her down outside the door

>open door to a beefy man and skinny woman in police uniform
>woman talks to girl, man talks to me, both jot notes
>end up being escorted out of dorm in cuffs
>sheriff waiting outside
>escorted to station, get booked, and have to spend the night in county jail
>next morning a lawyer tells me what's going to happen while making me sign some papers
>get the news that I'm both suspended for the rest of term and have to appear in court soon
>mom and dad are pissed and cut me off

How fucked am I? From what I learned from freshman orientation and the sexual misconduct seminar is that I'm pretty much screwed.
