Been counting calories for the last 3 days.
I'm eating less than half of what I normally do. All I can think about is diving back into the fridge for more food.

I hate eating. I make food just do others think I'm eating it, then I throw it away. Fuck I hate eating. Every time I eat, it means I've failed. If I break 600 calories I hit myself as punishment.

i know how hard it is anon i used to weigh 300 i weighed in at my psychiatrists today and was 236. i dont really count calories anymore since ive been able to maintain this weight for 3 or so years and im content with it since im not out to impress any roasties or anything. Intermittent fasting helped me lose weight fast but it took a bit more discipline than normal dieting

Holy fuck. Batch cook stirfrys or something. You can eat healthier and eat more. A personal pizza is like 600 calories. A giant bowl of cereal with a handful of blueberries and almonds and raisins with almond milk is like 300 calories and twice as much food and way more nutrients and no saturated fat

not fatbot but I am on a cut currently. The best thing you can do is to keep a pitcher of green tea next to you. Add a bit of lemon and honey for taste and drink it as you get hungry.
