I was two weeks away from joining the Marines when I was 19 and ended up changing my mind and going to a bullshit arts college to pursue /muh dream/ instead. Big mistake. I was never good enough to do what I want. At least if I'd have went into the military I'd have gotten in shape, got some much-needed discipline beat into me, and I probably wouldn't be a fucking NEET right now.

I could do like 20 when I got to boot camp, I got called a little bitch, you still have time, start doing 20 3 times a day, and then throughout the day start to build, if you cant do 20, do 10 and then later another 10, slwoly work yourself up to more and more, set a quota like "200 per day" which means doing 10 pushups 20 times a day, or doing 20 10 times, you just need to start working on it, because when you get there, you will get yelled at and expected to perform from day 1

You'll probably end up doing some desk job. They're not gonna put any scrawny robots up on the front line.

that depends on your MOS, in the marines they pick for you, all other branches you can usually get a job as long as you are qualified based on standardized test and they have the spot ope, ask for "what billets/positions are currently available" and then MAKE SURE THAT IT GETS WRITTEN ON YOUR CONTRACT

As an active duty military, I can honestly tell you we dont do hit but jerk off and drink beer on our off time, the chads fuck the stacies, and then we need to get talked to like children about poor life choices (on the otehr hand, I hide in the barracks, it took 4 months for people to realize I was even stationed at my unit)
