Kava kava extract can be found at natural grocers. 8 grams of Red Bali Kratom is really nice. Also try find some marleys mellow mood. It's a drink that makes you super relaxed and chill.

Phenibut, legal benzo that helps out a lot. Take once a week when needed. Melts all social pressure and anxiety. Felt like chad for a while

careful though this stuff can get addictive

Clonzepam works best for me. Way longer high than xanax and anything else i've used from the benzo class. 10/10 would recommend for a quick mellow. just don't use it everyday

I have a prescription for my anxiety and it's the only thing that has worked for me. Doctors usually dish them out like candy, so if you feel like your anxiety is unmanageable, see a physician and they'll write you up. Just don't form an addiction habbit around benzos because it'll mess up your life (like any drug).

Why is everyone so unironically into xanax now? When I used to sell them it was just to scummy druggie kids, not robot types. You can have fun with them but be careful desu. I developed quite an addiction and even to this day, a dependency because now I get legit anxiety attacks
