Why do I fantasize about cutting my own flesh around my mouth? I want to look like im always shoving off my teeth like animals do. I want to experience life of a monster who can't go in the public without mask. I have photoshopped lot of pictures of my face like this. This thing is a big thing for me. Im pretty much doing this because I feel like I should look like this. But the thing is that I can't really decide if I should really do this. What should I do? Is there any medical problems with this? How should I cut myself?
