Learn by myself, I don't like reading. I look up my favourite artists and spend some time to stare at their pictures and break down their compositions. I also look at anatomy/muscle diagrams and reference photos of real people when I need to try something new, and draw as much as I can. Improvements happen subconsciously, you won't notice it until you look back at your finished works.

You say you study the compositions and styles of your favorite artists. But you also use real anatomy and real-life references.

How big of a role would you say real life anatomy plays in highly stylised drawings and drawings of fictional/non-existent creatures (such as the shark girl)?
Or rather what's the relationship between real anatomy and "stylised" anatomy?
Is there a line between them at all?

I've never worked in a warehouse before but I was hired regardless. After a month of working there, I was already training a new hire who also had never worked in a warehouse. It just takes a couple of minutes to learn any of the roles.

In general it's just moving stock from the shelves to pallets, or from pallets to pallets to be distributed to stores around the State. Your body will be sore for the first few weeks but you get conditioned to it quickly.

I haven't even been working here for two months yet so going by the advertisement even I'm not qualified for the job. Never touched an RF scanner before this.

Some people do a 90 minute commute each way to and from the warehouse with public transport. I used to do a ~2 hours commute each way to attend university. If you can work Sundays you should be able to save up for a basic car fairly quickly and at least have a tolerable commute time afterwards.
