I get it sometimes only like once a month if I have been sitting or lying in a wired position, it hurts like fuck but then rotates back to normal and I don't know if I should go to the doctor if it always goes back to normal

I thought I had it, went to the doctor, turned out I actually had a bacterial infection that was storing in my testicles and causing pain.
