I developed lactose intolerance in 2011, I went to get checked by studies last year because I couldnt take it anymore. The result was severe lactose intolerance.
This year I started to slowly reincorporate dairy (because avoiding 100% dairy might not be good) and I had no trouble. It's truly incredibly, it's like I recovered tolerance at least to some degree.
also protip: you can still consume milk protein (whey and casein).
