What's the robots' opinion on mindfulness? Has anyone here tried it? Did it help?

Yes!
Out of being with a psychologist with issues ranging from wanting to die to nonexistent memory to a proclivity for kids, the only thing I can say that I've gotten out of it is that I find it immensely easier to talk to others. Like holy shit it's so much easier to start conversations. Moreover I feel like setting goals and understanding how to improve myself is easier as well. I'm healthier, somewhat happier, and I'm getting more productive.
Flip side of that is you have 0 idea how to build long term relationships, but you'll have far more opportunities to.
