And that was just a farmer. Soldiers were in a whole other league on terms of strength. They could easily kill someone effortlessly with their bare hands.

Yeah, I know that there are a lot of negatives to living in the past, but nonetheless I would absolutely rather be a knight/crusader than have my life in the 21st century.

This article seems like it's making a lot of assumptions purely due to bone size. It's not conclusive.

Yes. You know nothing about getting strong as is evident by this dumbass statement. Progressive overload is the only way to increase strength and there is no logic in asserting farm work got progressively more difficult over the lifespan of the farmer.
