my dad often gets hostile when I ask something or try to start conversation, like he doesn't reply and when I ask again his response basically says fuck off, whats the deal with that? it makes me not want to talk to him at all but hes my dad

My dad was the same way so I stopped talking to him years ago (around 11 or 12 years old). Now he acts like a baby and wonders why I don't like speaking to him.
