Are you me? I always thought there was no point in looking good and being clean if you're just sitting at your computer all day. It makes sense.
I found though that I'd get stuck with people dropping things on me like "YOU NEED TO GET OUT AND DO THIS RIGHT NOW" and I'd have to go out in public looking like I'd just escaped from the sewers or something. Because of that, I started showering a little more often. Tbh, looking nice and being clean makes me feel a whole lot better mentally than just being filthy. It's like washing away bad feelings and restarting myself.
